Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, website performance and aggregate traffic patterns. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as privacy-first and states that it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data for this product. The analytics beacon collects performance and page-load metrics rather than building cross-site user profiles.

Affiliate links

Some pages may contain clearly disclosed affiliate links. If you click an eligible affiliate link, the merchant or affiliate network may record the referral and may use its own cookies or other tracking technologies under its privacy policy.

For selected affiliate calls-to-action and browser-based decision tools, oRRbit Topics may request tiny first-party static files when aggregate interactions occur, such as starting or completing an assessment, viewing a recommendation, opening the ROI calculator or clicking a tool link. These beacon URLs do not contain your assessment answers, email address, account ID, form data or destination merchant URL; the requests are processed by Cloudflare like ordinary website traffic.

Decision-tool aggregate analytics

For the Workflow Automation Selector, we also send a limited event name such as assessment start, assessment complete, decision category, ROI-calculator open, tool click or Make affiliate click to an oRRbit-operated analytics endpoint at analytics.orrbittopics.com. The event request does not include your assessment answers, selected apps, budget, score, email address, account ID or a persistent visitor identifier. Our analytics application stores aggregate daily and lifetime event counts only and does not persist raw IP addresses. Network providers such as Cloudflare may process connection metadata as part of delivering and protecting the service.

Advertising

Display advertising is not currently active. Before non-essential advertising or advertising-related tracking is enabled, this policy will be updated and consent controls will be added where legally required.

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, API keys or other authentication secrets.

External websites and software providers have their own privacy practices. oRRbit Topics is not responsible for third-party privacy policies or data handling.

Updates
